Joshua Ellis ‘Voyager’ Collection

Just in time for those long summer picnics, storied British cashmere producer Joshua Ellis have released the Voyager collection - a new line of blankets and throws perfect for the home or the garden.

Woven from brand-favourite fibre lambs wool, the first range of throws are limited due to the exclusivity of the cloth. Only the wool from the very first shearing of a sheep can be used for lambs wool, adding to its softness and luxury. The colour palette is gentle; classic British colours are created through natural dying methods leaving subtle, reserved shades in a mixture of traditional tweeds, glen checks and overchecks which best reflect the unique quality of the product.

A second range of throws has been created using a mixture of naturally soft, water-repellant and fire-resistant baby alpaca wool, and the more durable lambs wool. A more punchy colour palette has been selected for these, with striking monochromes alongside bright, classic country checks. All of these throws are equally fitting thrown over the sofa, in a car or taken with you on a picnic and have arrived in the perfect time for summer.
