Leica Release the Cine 1 Laser TV

In partnership with Hisense, Leica have entered the world of the Laser TV with the introduction of the Cine 1.

The Cine 1 uses state-of-the-art laser technology combined with Leica’s excellent image quality to create a breath-taking cinema experience inside your home. The innovative triple RGB laser technology allows for particularly bright images, and ensures a spectacular colour rendition, whilst the Leica Summicron lens with aspherical elements is precisely matched to the image size to maintain a consistently high image quality. The outstanding picture can be experienced on 80, 100, or 120 inch displays, in 4K quality and is supported by an integrated Dolby Atmos audio system.

The sophisticated design is also more energy efficient than other options, as the short-range laser technology consumes significantly less energy than an OLED TV of comparable size, and it’s size allows it to be integrated into the design of a room to become an interesting alternative to heavy LED TV displays that would otherwise be used.

The Leica Cine 1 will be available in the UK from Spring 2023.
